Unworn and in Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from scratches, marks, or any other signs of wear.

Easy Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team at clairemaecompany@gmail.com. Our friendly team will guide you through the steps and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN helps us track your return and ensures a quicker process.

Refund or Exchange: You have the option to receive a full refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for something else in our collection. We strive to process all returns and exchanges as swiftly as possible.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

Custom and Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items, as they are crafted specifically for you.
